It has been observed that majority of people do claim that they are health conscious but unfortunately, it’s well said that it’s good to know nothing rather than being aware of something in its fragmented version. It’s a common observation that majority think that antonym for health is being fat, which is not true in any way. People give up eating only because they feel that it will enable them to maintain a flawless figure. I don’t see any valid reason behind the same. I would rather say that going to restaurant for breakfast once a while and delighting your taste buds with all those things that you feel like eating won’t harm your body much. It’s all about being perspective. No matter where i am, i ensure that i get to dine at best restaurants in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, to mention a few. But despite this fact that i don’t miss a chance to be at best restaurants whatsoever, i don’t miss an opportunity to compensate for the same. I know what all ought to be done to maintain the same figure that i want. Thus, all i would say to all those people reading this blog is that there’s nothing that can substitute food. Thus, never even think of substituting your food with liquids, it just won’t suffice. In order to look good, just keep a check over what all are you eating, eat healthy and you’ll get to see the magic soon.
