From best cocktails to the gamut of food fare comprising of regional delicacies and international cuisines, Bangalore eatery joints reflect a feast of sorts. Spacious dimensions and well-spaced out seating allows for ample privacy to diners. I recall one of the fine dine outlet I had dinner at which appealed to my taste. You look around and are welcomed with a flash from the past. Walls were plastered with posters of iconic actors and classic movie posters and this rendered a sense of feel which was almost surreal and ethereal.
One that I graded as one of the best restaurants in Bangalore had walls decorated with paintings and since I am artist this was one aspect that appealed most to me. Besides this, the choice of menu was vast and spoils one for options. This place was apt for meat lovers and being one, it doubled up my joy. The succulent meat that dropped off the bone and juicy kebabs and buttered tikka were a sure take away. To top these, the spicy green chutney just added to the feast.
The service was at par but time was a pinching factor, though I am okay with that as long as the time is vested in proper preparation of the dishes ordered. The result must be worth my wait and that was exactly what I had experience here. This is what prompted me to rate this place as one of the best restaurants in Bangalore (personal rating) for all the right reasons.
If you are fond of non-vegetarian fare, you should try the Hyderabadi dum Biryani when in Bangalore. The taste will hurl you back to the Moghul era when food was a feast and a fête. With excellent value for money and a platter of wide choices to make, the culinary scenery in Bangalore is worth your while. Lesser priced versions of foods served at fine dine establishments can be enjoyed too.
